BITS holds confidential all information received from proprietary sources, unless given express permission to attribute the source of such information. All information
obtained from financial institutions is held confidential. Such information may be aggregated into BITS reports and white papers; however, no institution's information will
be individually identified, unless it has given express permission to do so.
All BITS documents-including but not limited to white papers, presentations, and CEO communications-are held confidential. They are distributed only to members of the
BITS Committee, BITS Advisory Board, BITS Advisory Council, The Financial Services Roundtable, or other authorized BITS members
