All information obtained from financial institutions is held confidential. Such information may be aggregated into BITS reports and white papers; however, no institution's information will be individually identified, unless it has given express permission to do so.

All BITS documents-including but not limited to white papers, presentations, and CEO communications-are held confidential. They are distributed only to members of the BITS Committee, BITS Advisory Board, BITS Advisory Council, The Financial Services Roundtable, or other authorized BITS members
